A warm welcome awaits at our lovely Borders Farm situated at historic Flodden Battlefield and surrounded by splendid countryside in the foothills of the Cheviots

We have quiet country lanes and minimal traffic and easy access to off road riding. 

Over the years we have worked hard to create a relaxed environment whilst maintaining high professional standards of horse management & tuition of which we are justly proud. Stabling, grazing, hay & bedding all on site.

We provide a range of facilities for riders and carriage drivers including residential (self-catering & B&B) accommodation and including holidays for horses.

We're delighted to welcome visiting horses. We have trained & qualified staff to look after your horses and knowledgeable advice and friendly help is readily available

Our cottage is well equipped pretty double bedroom, additional twin bedded room. 

Shower room with walk in shower, hinged seat & handrail, shaver point.

The Kitchen is fully equipped pine units, dishwasher, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, auto washer.  

Enclosed garden with furniture, parking for cars, horse boxes and trailers.

Full c/h from open fire & back-up part Night Storage heaters.  

Electricity at meter rate & solid fuel provided.

Twin or double en-suite rooms available with tea/coffee maker, hair dryer, digital TV, radio & open aspect views.
